You missed out!
Too much time is wasted going back and forth between different versions of files during review processes
It can be difficult to keep track of who has reviewed and approved which files. This can lead to customer’s confusion and delays in getting work done, and impact client satisfaction.
Trying to keep track of emailed change requests, interpreting verbal and written communication styles, and making sure all stakeholders have given feedback leads to frustration, delays, and ultimately, a less effective product.
Wouldn't it be great if there was a visual tool that could help with this?
Something that would show at a glance which files had been reviewed and approved, what changes are required (across multiple file formats), and which ones still needed attention?
TaskReviewer's new and updated visual feedback tool for Teamwork does just that!
Now you can see at a glance which files have been reviewed and approved, and which ones still need attention, all within your Teamwork account. This makes it easy to stay on top of your work, and get things done quickly and efficiently.
Finally a visual feedback tool for reviews and approval of files that help streamline review processes, and improves communication between team members, and with the client.
With the release of our new version of TaskReviewer, reviews and approvals are now even easier.
We've made some exciting improvements to TaskReviewer. With some brand new features and a more streamlined interface we have made it even easier for your team to review and approve files inside of your Teamwork account.
Here are Some of the Changes We Made
Not only did we improve our interface, and work some coding magic to ensure that you can make reviews as quickly as you think of them, we have also added some functionality to the TaskReviewer extension so that you never have to leave your Teamwork account. Even when you are editing your TaskReviewer team settings, billing and users.
Revamped video feedback features mean, reviewing video files now lets you give the information you need, where you need it.
TaskReviewer makes it easy...
We used to go round in circles trying to get clients to explain their change requests. TaskReviewer makes it easy with no confusion. The visual annotations are fantastic, and even better, I don't even have to leave Teamwork to use TaskReviewer.

Working with our Social Media Team in Teamwork, TaskReviewer has made our life easy! We now are able to easily sign off on our social media posts and quickly get approval from the entire team. Great Stuff!
TaskReviewer is the missing piece of the puzzle for Teamwork users. It really helps us get sign off from our clients. The great thing is that they don't even have to login to Teamwork to give us approval on design works. The way we can just upload a new version and then a new review cycle starts is also great! Highly Recommended!

We don't penalise your business for growing
We use a PER COMPANY pricing plan. yThis means that your entire team can have access to reviews and approvals with one simple purchase, instead of you having to make multiple purchases to accommodate new users.
A single price for your ENTIRE Company - we don't count the number of users you have, nor the number of guest you invite to Reviews. We calculate pricing based on the number of ACTIVE Reviews you have in your account (Archived or Closed reviews don't count towards this total so you are free to grow!).
Perfect for startups and freelancers
Perfect for growing companies and creative agencies

Once you create your Review and have added a file(s) that you would like reviewed, you can move a file into any of the review stages that you have created. When you do this, the review becomes an Active Review and the number of Active Reviews you can have is determined by your TaskReviewer pricing plan.
A file is any document, video, or media asset that is stored in your Teamwork account. These include items like: Word Docs, Spreadsheets, Images, Videos, Audio Recordings, PDF's etc.
A Review can be seen as a request inside of TaskReviewer that allows you to annotate, request changes and approve the files that you want to be reviewed, which are attached to your task inside of Teamwork.
